Key Responsibilities
• Shipment Coordination: Schedule freight pickups and deliveries, aligning with client needs and carrier availability.
• Tracking and Updates: Monitor shipments in real-time, providing status updates to clients and carriers, and proactively addressing potential delays.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges such as delays, routing errors, or damaged goods, serving as the key point of contact for problem-solving.
