We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to help manage operations and support our growing travel rewards business. The ideal candidate must be, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with our team and partners.
Responsibilities:
Project & Task Management – Use Asana to organize tasks, track deadlines, and keep operations running efficiently.
Email
Shopify Management – Upload products, update descriptions, and ensure a seamless online store experience.
Customer Support & Membership Management – Assist customers with inquiries, help manage loyalty rewards, and improve engagement.
Social Media & Content Coordination – Assist in scheduling posts, responding to messages, and supporting marketing efforts.
Partner & Vendor Communication – Maintain relationships with business partners and ensure updated offerings for members.
General Administrative Support – Handle
What We Expect:
Proficiency in Mailchimp, Asana, and Shopify (or willingness to learn quickly).
Strong communication skills to interact with customers, partners, and the team.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt and grow with the business.
