We are seeking a well-spoken Sales Development Representative (SDR), to join our team. The SDR will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with key stakeholders. The SDR will be responsible for booking qualified appointments for the sales team, who are responsible for closing deals.
The position requires you to work from 8am – 5pm Pacific Time, with a 1-hour lunch, and short breaks. Expectations are that 50+ calls per day are made. You will be provided with training, and are expected to attend a short training call each day. You will also be required to track metrics, such as calls made, and appointments booked. You will also be required to submit recordings for calls for evaluation. Leads will be provided for you to contact.
You will be expected to schedule, reschedule, and follow-up with booked appointments to ensure attendance.
