Baby Bright LLC creates innovative, educational fabric books for young children, emphasizing sensory learning and play. As we grow, we need a Social Media & Content Manager to boost brand presence, engage audiences, and drive influencer collaborations.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute content strategies, posts, stories, and reels.
- Work with the design lead to align content with our brand.
- Monitor trends, optimize engagement, and track performance.
- Create 3-5 blog posts and 1 Klaviyo email campaign per week.
- Generate 3 content pieces weekly for digital platforms.

PR & Influencer Marketing
- Identify, outreach, and manage influencer partnerships.
- Negotiate collaborations and track campaign performance.

Skills & Requirements
- Canva, Photoshop (or similar design tools).

Klaviyo (email marketing).
- Copywriting & SEO (blogs, captions, website content).
- Influencer marketing & negotiation skills.
