Amazon Policy Violation Specialist (Freelance / Case-by-Case Basis)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Policy Violation Specialist to help manage and resolve policy violations on our Amazon seller account. This is not a full-time role but a case-by-case position, ideal for someone with deep knowledge of Amazon's policies and enforcement procedures.

Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve policy violations, listing suppressions, and account health issues
Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support and Compliance teams
Draft well-structured and persuasive appeals to reinstate listings or resolve policy flags
Proactively monitor account health and suggest best practices to prevent future violations
Requirements:
Proven experience in Amazon account management, particularly policy violations and compliance
Preferably former Amazon employee or experience working within Amazon’s internal processes
Strong understanding of Amazon's TOS, restricted products, and compliance policies
Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on urgent cases with a quick turnaround
