Customer Service/Social Media

We are a busy wellness clinic looking for a strong individual to assist with the customer service side of the business. Daily tasks to include customer follow ups (via email & phone support) scheduling, maintaining customer database, email campaigns, inbound phone calls. Various other administrative tasks as assigned. Social media is our biggest advertising avenue and having a working knowledge on social media campaigns would be great! Being that we are in the wellness and health space it is imperative that English is fluent and clear. Schedule would be Tues - Sat eastern standard time. Hours can be flexible. Looking for someone to grow with our organization.
