Virtual Assistant Specializing in Facebook Ads & GoHighLevel Integration

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Virtual Assistant who specializes in Facebook Ads management and has experience with GoHighLevel integrations. This role will involve handling Facebook Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration between GoHighLevel and Facebook Ads to streamline client outreach and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, create, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to meet business objectives and drive growth.
Monitor and analyze the performance of Facebook Ads, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Integrate Facebook Ads with GoHighLevel to track leads, conversions, and automate communication workflows.
Assist with setting up automated follow-up sequences using GoHighLevel for leads generated from Facebook Ads.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance, suggesting improvements or adjustments where necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Facebook Ads integration with GoHighLevel.
Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

Skills Required:

Proven experience with Facebook Ads management and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM and integrations.
Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking on Facebook.
Experience setting up automated workflows within GoHighLevel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to report clearly on performance.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other marketing automation tools and CRMs.
Ability to provide suggestions for campaign improvement based on data analysis.
Familiarity with other advertising platforms (Google Ads, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.
