JOB OVERVIEW

GDG Media, a results-driven digital marketing agency, is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships, oversee marketing strategies, and optimize campaign performance. This role requires strong communication, project management, and digital marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client relations, conduct check-ins, and provide strategic guidance.
Educate clients on marketing trends and opportunities.
Content Creation & Campaign Management

Develop and deliver digital content using Canva and CapCut.
Execute and optimize ad campaigns, email marketing, and LeadMail scripts.
Oversee Paid Search, Paid Social, and LeadMail campaigns for performance.
Administrative & Reporting

Schedule and lead client meetings to review performance.
Manage website updates and ensure marketing assets remain current.
Track project deadlines and deliverables for timely execution.
Performance Optimization & Strategy

Monitor and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Analyze KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance campaign results.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, client relations, or account management.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, and CapCut.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with Slack, CRM systems, and project management tools is a plus.
