We are a growing company looking for an experienced Amazon OA Sourcing Specialist to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, earn performance-based bonuses, and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Position Details:
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
Pay Rate: $6/hour (with potential for raises and performance-based bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:
Source profitable products for resale on Amazon using proven OA strategies.
Analyze and evaluate products based on sales rank, competition, ROI, and profitability.
Submit daily reports summarizing sourcing activities and discovered leads.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, OA trends, and market changes.

Qualifications:
At least 13 months of experience as an Amazon OA Sourcer.
Proficiency in Keepa, SellerAmp, and other OA sourcing tools.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and sourcing strategies.
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet sourcing targets.
