Job Description

As a CRO Agent & Developer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our website’s performance, enhancing user experience, and increasing conversion rates. You will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, running A/B tests, implementing improvements, and working closely with the marketing and development teams to create a high-performing digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of user behavior, customer journeys, and funnel performance.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize UI/UX and improve website performance.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose solutions.
• Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to track and measure improvements.
• Implement front-end optimizations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) where necessary.
• Stay up to date with the latest CRO and e-commerce trends to implement best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and web development.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and other CRO tools.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, VWO, etc.).
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer behavior analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, design, and development teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
