E-commerce Project Co-Ordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Project Coordinator to support our growing e-commerce business. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, great at managing tasks, and confident working with data, content, and project coordination. You will be handling a broad range of e-commerce and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a remote role, and we’re looking for someone who can work independently while staying on top of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Management
• Organize content received from multiple sources in Google Drive using a structured naming convention.
• Ensure all assets are stored correctly and easily accessible.

2. Data & Reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Maintain and update spreadsheets daily, pulling key metrics from platforms like Northbeam, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify.
• Create filters, analyze data, and present insights accurately.
• Ensure reports are error-free and up to date.

3. Project Coordination & Task Management
• Use Asana to track and manage tasks assigned to employees.
• Follow up with team members as deadlines approach to ensure timely completion.
• Keep everything organized and ensure smooth project execution.

4. Influencer & Creator Coordination
• Reach out to creators via email and manage communications.
• Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments to creators.

5. Shopify Admin & General Tech Support
• Assist with basic Shopify admin tasks, such as updating banners and making simple adjustments in apps.
• Be tech-savvy and a fast learner, able to quickly grasp new tools and processes.

6. General Administrative Support
• Handle various admin tasks as needed to support the business.
• Be flexible and proactive in solving problems and assisting with day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For
• Highly organized – You can manage multiple tasks at once and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills – You know how to create filters, work with formulas, and analyze data.
• Tech-savvy & quick learner – You can pick up new tools and systems fast.
• Proactive communicator – You follow up on tasks and ensure things get done on time.
• Detail-oriented – Accuracy is key, especially when handling reports and payments.
• E-commerce experience – General understanding of Shopify, Asana, and e-commerce content.
