Job:
1. Customer Support (Text Only): Provide prompt, friendly, and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat or email. Volume is low, but responses are expected within one minute during working hours)
2. Data Processing Tasks: When not responding to customers, you’ll assist with checking OCR (optical character recognition) outputs for errors. The system will highlight the likely errors, and you will look through a document to verify, and then do data entry.

Requirements
1. Excellent English Communication Skills. Strong written English; polished grammar and friendly tone.
2. Customer-Centric Mindset: Caring, driven, and proactive about resolving issues. Explain top customer issues to the rest of the team.
3. Availability to Work U.S. Hours (Eastern Time)
4. Attention to Detail: Comfortable catching errors in data entry.
5. Reliable Internet Connection & Quiet Workspace: Able to maintain consistent, high-quality communication with the team.
