Job Title:
Content Marketing Manager

Business Overview:
As a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our content initiatives across multiple digital platforms with a focus on building and enhancing our brand's online presence. Your role will be crucial in shaping our content strategy, particularly for social media channels like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as launching and managing our new podcast series.


Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
- Craft and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's goals, focusing on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Podcast Management:
- Develop and implement a launch plan for the new podcast.
- Manage the production schedule, show notes, and post-production processes.
- Upload podcast episodes and ensure timely release.
- Maintain a guest calendar and manage email communications for guest coordination.

Competitor Analysis:
- Regularly analyse and report on competitor strategies to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the video editor to produce and publish engaging video snippets and graphics for social media platforms.
- Write compelling copy for video content and social media posts.
- Design graphics for Pinterest and other applicable social media channels.
- Schedule and oversee the distribution of content across various platforms.

YouTube SEO and Analytics (we can teach this):
- Conduct hashtag research and leverage trending topics to enhance content reach and engagement.
- Apply basic YouTube SEO techniques to increase video visibility (training provided if needed).

Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with the online community to foster connections and encourage interaction with the brand.

Promotional Activities:
- Assist in creating promotional materials for in-person events and other brand activities.

Growth Objectives:
- Implement strategies to grow the brand’s following and increase audience engagement on all platforms.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working on a similar position
- Proven expertise in graphic design and copywriting, specifically for social media content.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital content scheduling and management tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Growth in Social Media Following: Achieve a monthly increase in followers across specified platforms.
- Engagement Rates: Improve engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and average watch time on YouTube.
- Podcast Downloads: Meet or exceed download targets for each podcast episode within the first month of release.
- Content Production Efficiency: Ensure all content is produced and published according to the editorial calendar without delay.
- Audience Feedback: Maintain positive audience feedback on content quality and engagement.
