Salary: $1000 per month, + $100 per deal we close together + end of year cash bonus

Full Time - Required Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM) (GMT+8) your time


Hello, my name is Brian Grajek. I am a 29 y/o investment real estate broker based in Newport Beach, California. To those that applied to my first job posting, I appreciate you taking the time. I have replaced it with this one, a better opportunity. I wanted to offer something truly special that will allow the assistant/apprentice I take on & myself to achieve more. Make more money together & work even closer as a team. We live in a digital world & working alongside someone virtually now is a real option. I will explain the experience requirements below that I am looking for; but the general premise & the idea I have for this job is the following. Work alongside each other with our cameras & microphones on for the entire work day, so we can talk naturally as if we were together in person. I want to bridge the gap of our distance as much as possible. My goals for this year are huge & I need someone that I can be an extension of me. Help me be as efficient as humanly possible. Currently I am closing 2-3 deals per month. We need to get that to 5+ minimum immediately. I’ve never worked alongside a VA but I feel this is an opportunity for us both to level up. I need someone who will give me 100% commitment. If we dominate this year I will ship you a new computer set up at the end of 2025 in addition to the end of year cash bonus. I am the assistant general manager of my office. I must finish as the #1 Agent in the company & our office must finish #1 as well. I will not settle for anything less.


Requirements:
Perfect Flawless English: C2 (Mastery) Spoken + Written
Bachelor Degree Preferred
3+ Years Real Estate Experience
3+ Years Assistant Experience
Quiet uninterrupted workspace or home office
High Speed Internet
Quality Camera/Computer
Quality Monitor
