About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in Australian real estate, understands industry regulations, and is proficient in Rex CRM. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations, supporting agents, and enhancing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management: Maintain and update property listings, client details, and communication records in Rex CRM.
Sales & Leasing Support: Assist in preparing contracts, forms, and agreements, ensuring compliance with Australian property regulations.
Marketing Coordination: Help create and distribute property listings, social media posts, and
Client Communication: Manage inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide follow-ups.
Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry, report generation, and documentation filing.
Liaison Support: Coordinate with property managers, conveyancers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Key Requirements
? Experience in Australian real estate (sales, leasing, or property management).
? Proficiency in Rex CRM (or ability to quickly learn real estate CRMs).
? Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills.
? Understanding of Australian real estate regulations and compliance.
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
? High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
? Experience with marketing tools and social media is a plus.
