Job Title: Full-Stack Web Developer (Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, DigitalOcean)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Full-Stack Web Developer to take full ownership of our platform’s development. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating great user experiences and wants to play a key role in the success of a growing digital platform.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB, as well as server management on DigitalOcean. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the platform, implementing new features, and ensuring system performance and security.

This is more than just a coding job—we need someone who is proactive, responsible, and committed to the platform’s success. You should be eager to suggest improvements, solve problems independently, and take ownership of development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize the platform using Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
Manage server infrastructure on DigitalOcean, including monitoring, security, and optimizations.
Implement new features, including gamification elements (such as achievement and reward systems) to enhance user engagement.
Debug and fix bugs, ensuring the website runs smoothly at all times.
Work independently to identify, suggest, and implement improvements.
Ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components.
Optimize database performance and scalability.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the platform.

Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in full-stack development using Node.js and React.js.
Strong knowledge of MongoDB database management.
Experience in server deployment and management on DigitalOcean (or similar cloud services).
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of development tasks.
Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and scalable system design.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
Good communication skills in English.
