Credit Analyst/Loan Processor/Mortgage Broker Assistant

*** Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Australian Mortgage Broking industry in loan processing, loan assessment, or credit analysis.***

End to end loan processing and to include servicing calculations for both PAYG and Self Employed to verify borrowing capacity.
Not required but Highly Desirable Skills - experience preparing customer proposals, leadership and overseeing team workflow.

The Role
- Assisting the broker(s) by managing the home loan application process from pre-submission, lodgement, approval, and preparation for settlement.
- Manage database, CRM, and compliance requirements
- Manage contact with lenders and property valuers throughout the home loan application process
- Liaising and updating clients and stakeholders throughout the loan process
- Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams of business

As a potential candidate, you must:
- Ideally be located in or around Cebu
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail, consistency and organisational skills to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
Be fluent in English
- High level of initiative and integrity, and ability to work unsupervised
- Be customer and team-focused
- Understand the importance of compliance
- Be technologically savvy, and able to adapt to CRM and lender platforms with ease.
- Have good knowledge of banking terms, offers, compliance, and facilities.
- Have a minimum of 3years of experience in Australian Mortgage Broking industry in loan processing, loan assessment, or credit analysis.
- Experienced with Nexus software (Connective) preferred, but not essential
- Experienced in Microsoft Suite of software
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload when required, and work well in time-critical situations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute towards team targets and goals
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking would be an advantage but not essential
