Your Role: Make an Impact

As the Operations and Systems Support Specialist, you will be crucial in enhancing operational processes, streamlining procurement, and maximising system efficiencies across various Dripclub clinics. This is a leadership-driven role where you will collaborate with Clinic Managers, suppliers, and internal teams to promote innovation and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Master Zenoti & Other Systems (No prior experience? No problem! We’ll train you!)

Troubleshoot system issues & improve workflow efficiencies

Oversee procurement & inventory – ensure seamless stock management

Liaise with Clinic Managers & suppliers to optimize supply chains

Create process documentation & training guides for smooth operations

Identify inefficiencies & implement improvements across business functions

What We’re Looking For

Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – you love learning and optimizing systems

Strong Leadership Skills – confident in liaising with managers & suppliers

Organized & Strategic Thinker – able to multitask and problem-solve effectively

Excellent Communicator – fluent in English (written & verbal)

3+ Years of Experience in Operations, Systems, or Process Optimization

Experience in Health/Wellness, Multi-Location Service, or Procurement is a Bonus!
