Position: Sales Appointment Setter (Social Media Concierge)
Commitment: Contractor Position
Overview
We are seeking a Sales Appointment Setter to connect with potential prospects on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, engaging them in meaningful conversations and scheduling qualified discovery calls. This role plays a crucial part in generating leads, building relationships, and driving engagement with business leaders interested in leadership development.
The primary objective is to set up appointments with highly targeted prospects who align with our ideal client profile. These appointments will be discovery calls for a leadership coaching program designed to help executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals enhance their leadership impact and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram,
- Conduct direct messaging, commenting, and outreach strategies to generate interest
- Qualify leads by sharing relevant information, asking strategic questions, and ensuring alignment with the leadership coaching program
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects and ensure attendance
- Provide a professional and engaging experience throughout the outreach process
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and increase attendance rates
- Work with provided accounts and leads while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
Compensation & Payment Structure
- Commission-based contractor position
- Earn $20 for each attended discovery call
- Earn $100 if the appointment results in a sale of $1,000 or more
- Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month, 30 days post-cash collection
- Appointments must be with qualified prospects who match the ideal client profile
- Reverse sales or unqualified prospects do not count toward commissions
Hiring & Trial Period
- This role starts as commission-based to assess motivation and performance
- Standard commission rates range from $20-$30 per booked appointment and 2-5% commissions on total sales
- After a successful 30-day period, candidates may transition to a base salary model ranging from $800-$1,000 per month -based on performance, with potential performance-based bonuses
- Monthly evaluations will ensure KPIs are consistently met
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven success in LinkedIn and social media-based lead generation
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Passion for connecting with business leaders and facilitating meaningful conversations
- Experience in social media engagement, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance expectations
- Must be available to work within EST or PST time zones
