Land Acquisition Specialist - Cold Caller
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cold Caller to join our Land Investing business. In this role, you will contact landowners directly to identify potential acquisition opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Call 4 hours per day to land owners using Mojo Dialer system
Follow scripts to engage land owners and identify selling opportunities
Qualify leads based on owner motivation, property characteristics, and price expectations
Maintain detailed records of all communications

Required Qualifications
Call on Monday-Friday 7:00am-11:00am or 11:00am-3:00pm PST
Previous experience in real estate cold calling
Proficiency with Mojo Dialer or similar high-volume calling platforms
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong objection handling abilities and persuasive communication style
