We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Video Editor to manage and grow two distinct brands across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a data-driven strategist, and a skilled video editor who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and
- Craft engaging storytelling and bold hooks to capture audience's attention.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven content optimization.
- Maintain an organized content system using Notion, Asana, or cloud storage for streamlined workflow.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Post consistently across platforms, including reels, stories, and static posts.
- Manage and clean up followers lists and inboxes to optimize engagement.
- Support chat-based sales strategies to convert followers into paying customers.
- Align content with business goals to enhance brand authority and visibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and strong audience engagement.
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos tailored for each platform.
- Repurpose content across different formats to maximize reach and impact.
- Add captions, effects, and storytelling techniques to enhance video appeal.
- Produce engaging content such as talking head videos, Q&A sessions, and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and platform-specific trends.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track key metrics, including views, engagement, and follower growth, for both brands.
- Analyze audience behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Continuously test and refine content to improve engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
- At least four years of experience as a Social Media Manager and Video Editor.
- Proven success in managing multiple brands or social accounts.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and
- Proficiency in video editing software with a portfolio showcasing past work.
- Ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and sales.
- Strong organizational skills, and experience with Asana, or similar tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
