Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, deadline-driven Content Editor & Social Media Manager to take full ownership of content creation and social media management. This role is ideal for someone who excels in video editing, content strategy, social media growth, and analytics.

You will be responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven content, managing multiple social media platforms, and implementing strategies that drive audience growth and engagement.

This role requires exceptional fluency in English (both written and spoken), the ability to meet strict daily deadlines, and a strong grasp of video and content editing tools.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing:
Create, edit, and optimize high-impact content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
Edit short-form and long-form videos for different platforms.
Write compelling captions that reflect the brand’s voice and resonate with the audience.
Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews) into short-form, engaging clips.
Must be proficient in:
CapCut
Canva
Adobe Premiere Pro OR Final Cut Pro

Social Media Management:
Oversee and run all social media accounts daily.
Plan and organize content ahead of time using a content calendar tool to align with campaigns, key dates, and product launches.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in an engaging and timely manner.

Strategy Implementation & Outreach:
Develop and implement growth-driven social media strategies.
Stay up-to-date on platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors.
Conduct outreach to potential brand partners, influencers, and collaborators for cross-promotions.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance (engagement, growth, content success).
Provide detailed reports on what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve.
Adjust content strategies based on data insights for better engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in English (both spoken and written – this is a MUST).
Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management & content creation.
Expert in video editing using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and execute daily tasks efficiently.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required)
Experience with AI-powered content tools (Descript, ChatGPT for captions).
Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and LinkedIn.
Experience with social media advertising (paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
