This role is a crucial support function within our team, combining marketing, administrative, and business development tasks. You will be responsible for managing online visibility, assisting in lead generation, and keeping internal processes organised. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Management
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to expand brand awareness.
• Manage and update social media accounts
• Create and update website content, newsletters, and blog posts to keep information fresh and relevant.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and potential collaborations to strengthen market positioning.
Administrative & Operational Support
• Organise and maintain business documents, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries via
• Manage and update CRM systems to track projects, leads, and client interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate tea
Lead Generation & Sales Support
• Identify potential clients, referral partners, and industry connections for outreach.
• Assist in client onboarding processes, follow-ups, and maintaining engagement.
• Support business development efforts by tracking and managing contact lists.
• Assist in LinkedIn outreach using Dripify campaigns and other sales tools.
Brand & Content Creation
• Work alongside the team to develop engaging visual and written content.
• Manage photo and video assets for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in designing and distributing promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers).
Additional Responsibilities
• Assist with updating and improving the Google My Business profile, including product tiles, photos, and client reviews.
• Support the creation of case studies and testimonials from key clients.
• Help with special projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Experience in administration, customer service, or marketing is preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely and in a fast-paced business environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
