Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Lead/Content Creator to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the social media and content creation team, developing engaging content, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating high-quality content that aligns with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media content creators to ensure high-quality content production and timely delivery.
2. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
3. Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
4. Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
5. Collaborate with the design and SEO teams to optimize content for performance and brand consistency.
6. Monitor social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
8. Communicate directly with clients to understand their vision and feedback, and translate those into actionable content strategies.
9. Implement social media advertising campaigns as needed.

Required Qualifications
1. Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
2. Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.

5. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
8. Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
9. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for social media trends.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in client-facing roles.
Knowledge of social media advertising campaigns and tools.
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or Trello.
Google or Meta certifications.
