JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:

The PPC Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other platforms outside Amazon, with a strong focus on TikTok Ads. This role is for a data-driven, creative thinker who can craft high-converting ad strategies, analyze performance metrics, and scale campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Focus on TikTok Ads, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion through data-backed strategies.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROAS and campaign efficiency.
- Test new ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve performance.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, and conversion rates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and copy to identify winning combinations.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation
- Research and define audience segments to optimize ad delivery and increase engagement.
- Implement retargeting strategies to convert high-intent users.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform trends to adjust targeting strategies accordingly.

Innovation & Strategy
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new ad formats, creatives, and strategies to drive better results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that aligns with platform best practices.
- Continuously explore new platforms and advertising opportunities to expand reach and revenue.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience running TikTok Ads and display ads; Meta Ads experience is a strong plus.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ad platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management software.
Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and test different ad creatives and formats.
Fast Execution: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
Tech Requirements: Must have a **good computer setup** and **high-speed internet** to handle campaign management efficiently.

Work Details:
Schedule: Full-time, **9 PM – 5 AM PH time** (work from home).
Remote: Fully remote position.
