Company Background:
We are the leading service provider operating in a niche within the Construction Industry. Our Google Ads campaigns are well established, highly targeted, have a long history of being our main source of enquiries, but could do with a freshen up. Our meta advertising is in its infancy and we are wanting to grow and measure our marketing activities in this area of online advertising.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads Expert & Google Ads Manager to review and optimise our existing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as establish campaigns and measuring on Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high-performing campaigns in granular markets, leveraging advanced audience targeting, bid strategies and conversion optimisation to drive results. This contract role requires strong analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends.

An initial 24-hour workload followed by 2 hours of ongoing weekly maintenance and occasional review meeting.

Key Responsibilities:
Audit and optimise our existing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
Develop, launch and manage new campaigns on Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting strategies.
Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills essential.
Extensive experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Ads Platform.
Expertise in audience targeting, bid strategies, and campaign optimisation techniques.
A strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign management and measurable ROI improvements.

Bonus Points:
Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience using tools such as SEMrush, Wordpress, is an advantage but not required.
Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications is an advantage.
Experience running campaigns for specific industries (e.g. Construction, Design & Engineering, etc.].
