Experienced Media Buyer for Adventure Marketing Agency: Google & Meta

Seven years ago, we started an e-commerce brand that sells hemp backpacks called Pure World. Now, we have expanded our business to add a marketing agency called Upgrade to see actual info as well. We are on the hunt for an experienced paid ads media buyer.

Please only apply for this job if you have actual experience managing paid ads on Google and on Meta. Do not apply if you have not managed at least $10,000 of ad spend. This role is for an EXPERIENCED media buyer.

Job Description: You will manage the Meta and Google Ads for our outdoor adventure brand clients. You should be able to create ads (we have a designer on the team but it is great if you can do this too), build ads on the ad platforms, and analyze the ads to make improvements.

Perks:
*Flexible working hours. We will have a scheduled call likely once per week but otherwise you can work whenever you want. 90% of the time you will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*You can earn more by working more hours - if you have completed your tasks just let me know and we will find more opportunities to work on.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses. I give 13th month bonuses.
