About Us:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent to support our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department leads to understand staffing requirements and role expectations.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting best practices, and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidate potential beyond resumes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience recruiting in [industry-specific experience, if required] is a plus.
