JOB OVERVIEW

We are an innovative tech startup based in the Netherlands on a clear mission: helping as many people as possible become more focused, by blocking distracting apps and websites (such as TikTok).

We have made a unique physical product that helps iPhone users do that, and want to quickly scale up our online presence and grow our sales. We are looking for a strong creative force who can tell great stories through his or her content, and make and recreat inspiring videos for our accounts.

Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating high quality, engaging and viral content, both organic and ads. Your job will include analyzing competitors, ideating content formats, editing videos (based on winning formats), and managing our social media channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s voice and online identity.

Content Creation & Video Editing:
- Collaborate with the founders to develop great inspiring content, focused on building in public and helping people be less ont their phone.
- Come up with great ideas for short-form videos and carousel posts that engage our audience, both paid and organic.
- Use stock video sites like Upgrade to see actual info, Pinterest, and other websites you recommend to (re)create videos. Film your own content with your Tap Out point (we will send you one), and give us direction on what content you need from us for founder videos.
- Edit videos to become viral, based on existing assets using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Repurpose existing assets (e.g., product demos, testimonials) into fresh, creative formats.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, and actively monitoring trends and conversations.

Ad Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning and scheduling paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Track ad performance, analyze metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) across all channels.
- Provide regular reports and insights to refine our content and social media strategy.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management with a solid portfolio of work, specifially on TikTok and Instagram
- Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and design platforms (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and ad campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to make an impact in a world where people are way to much on their phones
