Our social media content is primarily focused on gambling online and in person. We are mainly looking for someone that is able to edit videos while maintaining community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Content Scheduling & Posting: Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube according to the content calendar. Ensure posts are optimized for maximum engagement and consistency.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages on all platforms promptly, fostering positive relationships with followers, fans, and potential customers.
Content Creation Support: Assist with video editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube videos. Edit raw footage into engaging, polished content that aligns with our brand voice and style.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to assess performance, track key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
Trend Monitoring & Content Ideas: Stay on top of platform-specific trends, viral challenges, and popular content formats to integrate into our strategy and keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign strategies and brand goals.
Brand Voice & Tone: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all interactions and content. Ensure that all communication is authentic, on-brand, and engaging.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media accounts, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like InShot or CapCut).
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging responses and captions.
Creative and proactive with the ability to think outside the box.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, especially in managing content calendars and deadlines.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with platform developments.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in influencer or community management.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization strategies.
