Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Ads / SEO

We’re looking for a Paid Ads & SEO Specialist to manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, while also incorporating SEO strategies to improve organic visibility for our Marketing Agency.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads for eCommerce, lead generation, and local businesses.
- Conduct SEO audits to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Assist with auditing potential and current clients' digital marketing strategies.
- Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.
- Track & analyze key metrics, providing data-driven insights on paid and organic performance.
- Work with designers or create ads using Canva/Photoshop.
- Develop retargeting and Lookalike strategies for Meta Ads.
- Utilize keyword research and on-page SEO to complement paid campaigns.
- Use ClickUp for campaign management (training provided).

Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta & Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, site audits, on-page optimization).
- Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns.
- Experience with Advantage+ and Performance Max is a plus.
- Bonus: Canva/Photoshop skills, SEO tools experience (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
