Contract-to-Close Coordinator

Are you a detail-driven, organized, and proactive real estate professional? We’re looking for a Contract-to-Close Coordinator to keep our transactions running smoothly from start to finish!

What You’ll Do:
1. Keep contracts on track & meet all deadlines
2. Coordinate inspections & appointments like a pro
3. Communicate clearly with clients, vendors & agents
4. Ensure accuracy in all contract details

What We’re Looking For:
1. 2+ years of transaction coordination experience (preferred)
2. Strong organizational & multitasking skills
3. Experience with Google tools, Slack, Asana, Brokermint & FollowUp Boss
