Rothman Coaching empowers our clients by helping them overcome fundraising challenges and build sustainable organizations. Our Donor Relationship Manager (DRM) program is designed to enhance donor engagement, optimize workflows, and provide exceptional support to those making a real impact on their communities.

As our DRM Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission. You'll guide and support our team of DRMs, ensuring they feel valued, inspired, and set up for success. Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Lead with Purpose: Inspire and manage a remote team of DRMs, helping them thrive professionally and personally.
- Supportive Communication: Act as the bridge between clients and our team, keeping connections strong and ensuring expectations are met.
- Create Excellence: Develop training materials, refine processes, and ensure our program runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Be the Change-Maker: Provide clear, insightful reports that highlight wins, identify challenges, and promote continuous growth.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Establish a work environment where teaUpgrade to see actual infombers feel valued, understood, and motivated to contribute to something bigger than themselves.

- Manages with Mastery: Proven experience in management, especially in remote and culturally diverse settings.
- Loves to Learn & Teach: Ability to create and deliver training that empowers teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to excel.
- Understands Systems: Comfortable with tools like Slack, ClickUp, and CRM systems.
- Stays in Sync: Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
