Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer who specializes in Facebook and Google Ads to generate leads and sales for our clients. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns while continuously testing and refining strategies for maximum performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor research to improve targeting.
Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel integration, and analytics dashboards to measure campaign success.
Utilize AI-driven ad tools to automate and enhance campaign performance.
Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.), making data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest Facebook and Google Ads algorithm changes, AI automation tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience running and scaling Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of media buying strategies, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Experience using AI-driven ad tools like AdCreative.ai, Revealbot, Hyros, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze ad performance and make data-driven optimizations to scale campaigns.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain ad strategies to non-technical clients.
