Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building. This role requires excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a deep understanding of the US market.

Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Prospecting: Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Scrape leads, identify prospects, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Messaging & Campaigns: Develop messaging templates for cold outreach, text blasts, and email campaigns.
Marketing & Sales Materials: Create job posters, presentations, and marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
Client Demos & Presentations: Conduct demos and presentations to potential clients to showcase our services.

Email & Text Campaigns: Execute email marketing campaigns and text blasts to nurture leads and engage prospects.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and business development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
Experience in creating messaging templates, marketing materials, and sales presentations.
Ability to conduct client demos and presentations with confidence.
Familiarity with email and text marketing campaigns.
Experience working with US-based clients is required.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
