HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. As we expand, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
Develop and implement training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and career development.
Develop compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
HR certification (CIPD Level 5 or higher) is a plus.
