Boat Trips Club is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager with experience in Go High Level and other CRM platforms. If you are an expert in workflow automation, CRM management, and operational efficiency, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Go High Level CRM and other business automation tools
Oversee lead management, email automation, pipeline tracking, and customer interactions within the CRM
Develop and maintain efficient workflows to streamline daily operations
Monitor and analyze CRM performance to improve automation and customer experience
Ensure that all data is organized, accurate, and up to date across platforms
Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve funnel automation, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
Coordinate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and process alignment
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different business processes
Assist with task delegation, team coordination, and reporting
Troubleshoot technical issues within the CRM and propose improvements or integrations

Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience with Go High Level and other CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Strong understanding of automation, workflow management, and customer pipelines
Experience with Zapier, email marketing tools, and API integrations is a plus
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate teams effectively
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to optimize business processes
Experience in managing remote teams and virtual assistants is a plus
