B2B Salesperson with outbound sales and foreign business experience.

Hours:
Full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

Salary:
PHP 40,000.00 per month for a 40-hour week

Plus:
High Commission on every successful deal

About the Work
You’ll leverage our company's AI-empowered marketing services for business customers. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets—all leads are provided!

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential business customers (leads provided) through online channels and voice
Build and nurture relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
Negotiate and close deals with business customers
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and provide feedback on leads
Maintain up-to-date interactions in the CRM
Continuously enhance sales skills and stay informed on industry trends

Job Qualifications:
Proven experience selling to foreign businesses (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.), preferably in a B2B environment
BPO outbound sales experience is an advantage (not just CSR selling, but actual experience in closing sales deals)
Self-motivated, target-driven with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals
Customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools
