## The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at [Daily.ai](Upgrade to see actual info), you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You'll generate qualified leads, arrange meetings with potential clients, and work closely with the sales team to close deals. This role combines strategic outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling to help businesses understand how our AI email platform can transform their customer communication.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, chat, and phone
- Qualify inbound leads and determine their potential fit for our solutions
- Schedule discovery calls and demos with qualified prospects for the sales team
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for appointments and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and activities in Go High Level or comparable CRM
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Craft personalized outreach messages that address specific business challenges
- Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market receptiveness

## What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills across email, chat, and phone
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Go High Level or comparable platforms
- Strong prospect research skills and ability to identify decision-makers
- Resilient and positive attitude with ability to handle objections professionally
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts and articulate value propositions clearly
- Data-driven approach to optimizing outreach strategies

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS or MarTech sales
- Familiarity with email marketing, automation, or AI technologies
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with sales engagement platforms
- Background in consultative selling approaches
