Looking for a Rockstar Inbox Manager for Ikoni Digital

Job Description

We’re looking for a high-performing inbox manager to help scale Ikoni Digital and continue to provide great results for our customers.

The role is similar to email support but it has a sales component. You’ll be responding to incoming emails from prospects we have reached out to offering B2B services.

You’re basically an appointment setter, but you will only work with warm leads who have shown interest in ours or our clients' services.


About Ikoni Digital

Ikoni Digital is a small B2B lead generation agency seeking for growth that helps its clients to generate leads using cold outbound. To grow to the next stage we need a highly motivated inbox manager who can provide great results and reduce my (Founder) workload.

We work with other B2B companies (mainly marketing agencies) and help them generate sales calls using cold outbound – mostly with cold email. We have several clients in different industries and targeting different prospects. Your job is to communicate and schedule appointments with leads who have responded to cold emails we have sent on behalf of our clients.


What You’ll Do

Your mission is simple: Respond to leads as fast as you can and schedule appointments

- Oversee multiple client inboxes (Everything is handled inside our email sending tool)
- Qualify / Disqualify leads
- Respond and communicate with leads
- Follow up with leads
- Schedule sales calls for our clients (Through Calendly or similar scheduling software)
- Track performance
- Update CRM
- Communicate with clients (Over Slack)
- Work directly with me (Founder) to improve our workflow and make sure we stay on top of all leads


The Dream Candidate:

This is an important role. You’re responsible for a key part of our agency service delivery.


- Flawless written English
- Can follow instructions and checklists to a tee
- Is able to learn from both written SOPs and video recordings
- Comfortable with frequent communication with the team and clients
- Detail-oriented and ability to do similar tasks for a long period of time
- Some experience in customer service/support, chat/email support, email marketing
- Some experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or sales


Must Requirements:

- We’ll communicate through Slack & Zoom. You must have access to a microphone and camera when you’re at work
- Ability to work between 8am - 5pm Eastern Time (EST)
- Stable internet connection


Hours

- Work time is between 8am – 5pm EST
- Monday to Friday 4-8 hours per day
- 20 minimum, 40 maximum a week. The amount depends on your availability and performance
- We prefer to hire someone full-time

With this role, your time zone is Eastern Time (EST)

This is important and you must be available between 8am – 5pm EST.

Pay

This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply for the job. But the range will be between $5 - $8 per hour.

If you perform well, we can provide more work and increase your rate.

We’ll use time tracking software (Hubstaff) to calculate your hours and track your efficiency.
