We’re a growing real estate company in Bakersfield, CA, and we help both buyers and sellers navigate the market with ease. Our goal is to offer top-notch service, but we need a little extra help to keep up with demand. That’s where you come in!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a motivated Cold Caller to reach out to potential clients and help us generate leads. You’ll have friendly conversations with buyers and sellers, answer any questions they have, and set appointments for our real estate team. You’ll also keep track of your calls and follow up with potential leads.

WHAT WE OFFER
$7/hr, plus milestone incentives (starts at 30days) and commissions

You’re goal-oriented and love seeing results
You’re honest and reliable
You have great communication and listening skills
You’re comfortable talking to people on the phone
You have experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
You have strong persuasion skills and enjoy closing deals

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in real estate cold calling (at least 2 years)
A fast, reliable internet connection
A quiet place to make calls
