Notion Expert / Automation Expert

We are looking for an experienced Notion expert to help us restructure, optimize, and automate our Notion workspace. Our goal is to make Notion better equipped to handle more clients efficiently, while also integrating powerful automation and tracking systems to streamline operations.

Project Scope
- This is a project-based role focused on revamping our existing Notion setup. Key responsibilities include:

Recreating Our Main Workspaces & Client-Facing Views
- Rebuild our "Content Engines" where we organize tasks per client.
- Maintain client-facing Notion views while keeping internal controls.

Recreating a Central Monitoring Hub
- Develop a master dashboard that tracks all projects, tasks, and progress across clients.
- Ensure that product owners can monitor workload distribution at a glance.

Creating Notion-Bound Automations
- Automate repetitive processes (e.g., task updates, client notifications, deadline alerts).
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows where applicable to reduce manual input.

Building New Templates & Interactive Pages
- Design standardized templates for client onboarding, content planning, and reporting.
- Create an interactive onboarding experience for new clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Developing Special Databases for Performance Tracking & KPI Monitoring
- Workload Tracker ? Ensure even task distribution among teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Content Counter-Tracker ? Track content production volume per client/project.
- Unit Economics Tracker ? Monitor profitability & resource allocation per project.
- Custom KPI Dashboards ? Track team efficiency, delivery rates, and project health.

Optimizing Notion to Handle a High Volume of Clients Efficiently
- Ensure scalability so the system remains fast & intuitive even as workload increases.
- Implement best practices for advanced Notion setups (e.g., linked databases, advanced formulas, relation-based structures).

- This is a project-based role, and we are open to discussing your rates based on scope and expertise.
