We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Data Analyst / Accounting Expert to help manage our financial processes, inventory tracking, and data organization.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Reconcile and monitor invoices sent out and inventory coming in
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Confirm and verify purchase orders (POs) before processing
- Review invoices before sending them to ensure accuracy
- Conduct financial reporting and reconciliation
- Manage and update Shopify product catalogs and master catalogs
- Organize and maintain data in Google Sheets
- Work within QuickBooks and ERP systems for accurate financial tracking
- Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced work environment

### **Qualifications & Skills:**
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis (preferably in e-commerce or wholesale)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Strong experience with Google Sheets for data management and organization
- Knowledge of Shopify for updating product catalogs
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team remotely
- Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines consistently

### **Preferred Experience:**
- Prior experience in the sneaker or streetwear industry is a plus
- Background in inventory management and reconciliation
- Experience handling financial reports and accounts reconciliation
