JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:
Website Optimization: Responsible for overall SEO optimization of the website, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, etc., to improve the website's ranking in search engines.

Data Analysis: Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and other data through tools (such as Google Analytics, Baidu Statistics, etc.), analyze and develop optimization strategies.

Content Strategy: create content that align with SEO strategies, ensuring content quality and proper keyword placement.

Link Building: Responsible for building and managing external links to enhance the website's external authority and traffic.

Technical Optimization: Collaborate with the development team to optimize the website's technical structure, such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.

Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitors' SEO strategies and adjust optimization plans to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting: Prepare regular SEO reports, detailing optimization progress, results, and next steps.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant SEO experience, with successful case studies preferred.

Skills:

Familiarity with ranking rules and algorithms of major search engines (e.g., Google).

Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling effective communication with technical teams.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong learning ability and resilience, capable of adapting to rapidly changing environments.

High sense of responsibility and execution ability, capable of completing tasks independently.
