With our business continuing to grow, a new full-time position has become available at our holistic financial services firm. We are a boutique firm of exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled financial planners and credit advisers. We are seeking a motivated and standout candidate, who is willing to work alongside and be mentored by some of the brightest stars in the financial services sector as an Associate Financial Adviser / Admin Assistant.

The successful candidate will be hardworking, driven and have excellent communication skills.

You will be working closely with senior financial advisers to support them in providing high quality advice to new and existing clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing high quality support and technical assistance.
2. Working alongside the Advisers in meetings, liaising between paraplanning and administration.
3. Implementation of planning strategies
4. Direct communication with clients and stakeholders
5. Lodgement of applications for insurance, super and investment and finance
6. General ad hoc administrative tasks

The suitable candidate will have the following:
Experience in the Financial Services industry (at least 2-3 years’ experience in financial planning)
Degree qualified
Financial advice implementation experience is essential
High level of proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
High level of communication skills
Strong analytical, numerical, problem solving, and time management skills
