Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist [R-QCHH-2.2]
Position Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: $6 - $8 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing and Advertising Specialist with experience in Programmatic Advertising, Retargeting, and PPC to manage marketing activities, SEO optimization, and provide executive assistance. Social media experience is a plus but not required. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

As the primary communication link between the executive and marketing team, the VA will provide strategic direction, ensure goal alignment, and drive initiatives forward. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, offers solutions, and operates efficiently without micromanagement.


Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Marketing & SEO
1.Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals to promote home health services.

2.Manage Website Content: Oversee website updates, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

3.Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & PPC (a.k.a Media Buying): Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook & Instagram ads to increase visibility and attract potential clients.

4.Programmatic Advertising & Retargeting (a.k.a Media Buying): Implement and manage programmatic ad campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Utilize retargeting strategies to convert leads into customers.

5.Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with clients and referral sources.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics; provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

6.Content Creation: Develop high-quality digital content such as blogs, videos, and infographics to support marketing efforts across various channels.

7.Social Media Management (Optional): Plan, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms while engaging with audiences and monitoring trends (if applicable).

8.Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

* Executive Assistance
1.Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments.
2.Handle email management and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
3.Research and prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
4.Oversee records management and patient coordination.
5.Customer service (responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone).
6.Bookkeeping (paying bills, tracking expenses, managing expense reports).
7.Travel & logistics arrangement (booking flights, accommodations, transportation).

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
*At least two years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
*Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
*Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, retargeting, PPC, SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
*Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
*Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

*Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Optimization (SEO): Google Ads
*Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Constant Contact
*Content Management and Creation: Canva
*Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Zoho
*Social Media Management (Optional): Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
