Social Media Manager – Crypto, Influencers & Brands

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can strategize, create, and execute engaging content that drives growth, engagement, and conversions.

What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Execution – Plan, create, and schedule posts across IG, X, and TikTok
Growth & Engagement – Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach
Analytics & Performance Tracking – Optimize based on data (growth rate, engagement %, impressions, etc.)
Community Management – Engage with followers, manage DMs, and foster a strong online presence
Trend Spotting & Strategy Adjustments – Stay ahead of platform trends & algorithm updates

Who You Are
A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts
Experienced in building and growing social media accounts (backed by numbers)
Skilled in content creation, scheduling tools, and analytics
Familiar with the crypto, influencer, and digital marketing space
Agency experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements
UNDERSTANDING OF THE CRYPTO/WEB3 SPACE IS REQUIRED!

Proven results: Must provide examples of past work (handles + analytics)
Track record: Show follower growth, engagement rates, or successful campaign metrics
Experience with tools: Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms
Platform expertise: Strong knowledge of IG, X (Twitter), and TikTok best practices
Bonus: Experience with meme marketing, viral trends, or community-driven growth
Compensation & Work Structure
Freelance, part-time, or full-time depending on experience & availability
Pay based on experience + potential for performance-based bonuses
