About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Engagement Coordinator to drive sales growth and enhance customer relationships. The priority for this role is sales, with additional responsibilities in customer follow-ups, CRM management, and administrative support.

If you have experience with Rezdy and CRM systems like Tekmatix (GHL white label) or are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (Top Priority)

??Follow up with warm leads via phone to convert inquiries into bookings.
??Strengthen relationships with past booked travel agents through follow-ups and engagement.
??Optimize Rezdy referral/agent sales to maximize conversions.
??Develop and promote special offers for travel agents.
??Identify and suggest new sales avenues to expand market reach.
??Conduct outreach to corporate and business markets for team-building programs and training tours.

Customer Service & Booking Support

??Phone check-ins with booked customers to ensure a smooth experience.
??Assist with accommodation bookings as needed.
??Ensure passenger documentation is complete, following up via email if necessary.
??Respond to new inquiries via email and phone, using provided audio guidance.
??Follow up with past customers for feedback and future travel interests.

CRM & Administrative Tasks

??Enter customer birthdates into CRM from past booking forms.
??Assist with CRM fine-tuning to improve automation and efficiency (if skilled in this area).
??Marketing & Website Support (If Able)
??Suggest and implement marketing initiatives to increase sales.
??Work on increasing website backlinks to improve online presence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

?? Experience with Rezdy is highly preferred.
?? Familiarity with Tekmatix CRM (or other GHL-based platforms) is a plus.
?? Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
?? A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for travel.
?? Highly organized and detail-oriented.
?? Comfortable working independently and suggesting innovative sales strategies.
