We are currently seeking our an experienced, Account Executive to drive business growth by building relationships with tech startup founders and positioning Infiniti as their go-to operational partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing outreach strategies, managing a pipeline of potential clients, and crafting compelling messaging that resonates with founders. Your role will involve collaborating with our team to identify client needs, tailor solutions, and drive engagement that leads to long-term partnerships.

As a founding member of our Business Development team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the role, refine our sales strategy, and build scalable processes. This is an opportunity to lay the foundation for growth, experiment with new approaches, and have a direct impact on Infiniti’s success.

*** What You’ll Be Doing ***
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and connect with tech startup founders, VCs, and other key decision-makers in our target market (San Francisco & Austin). Use creative strategies to break through the noise.
- Sales & Client Acquisition – Conduct discovery calls, tailor solutions to each founder’s needs, and close deals that drive revenue growth.
- Market Positioning & Messaging – Help refine how we communicate our value proposition. Understand the unique needs of each founder and ensure we’re speaking their language.
- Partnerships & Networking – Build strategic relationships with investors, accelerators, and other ecosystem players to position Infiniti as a trusted partner for high-growth startups.
- Customer Success & Retention – Work with our ops team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction, helping to expand accounts over time.
- Data-Driven Growth Strategy – Track metrics, analyze patterns, and refine our approach based on real-world insights.

*** What You Bring ***
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the startup, VC, or operations space.
- A strong understanding of how tech startups operate—their pain points, funding cycles, and decision-making processes.
- A strategic mindset—this isn’t a plug-and-play sales role. You’ll be figuring out how to get in front of the right founders and craft the right message.
- The ability to build relationships quickly and establish trust with high-level decision-makers.
- results-driven approach—you love the thrill of closing deals, but you also think long-term and focus on sustainable growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can craft a compelling email, hold a high-level conversation with a founder, and adapt your messaging based on the audience.
