Summit Digital Systems is a fast-growing digital marketing agency supporting fitness studios and businesses across Australia. We specialise in performance marketing, with a focus on generating leads and driving online sales through strategic digital campaigns.

We’re now looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience loading, managing, and optimising ads directly in Meta Ads Manager, and is comfortable working across Facebook Lead Generation campaigns and Purchase campaigns driving traffic to client websites.

Position Overview
As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the accurate setup and loading of ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, ensuring all assets, tracking, and targeting are correct before launch. You will also assist in monitoring campaign performance, flagging any issues, and ensuring that ads adhere to both Meta’s policies and client brand guidelines.

This is a part-time, flexible remote position, ideal for someone with proven technical Meta Ads Manager skills who enjoys the operational side of ad delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Load and configure Facebook and Instagram ads in Meta Ads Manager for Lead Generation and Website Purchase campaigns.
Ensure correct targeting, placements, audiences, budgets, and tracking (including Pixel/Conversions API setup where needed).
Double-check all creative assets, copy, and URLs to ensure they match client briefs.
Assist with setting up A/B tests, split audiences, and creative variations.
Review ad previews and ensure everything meets Meta’s advertising policies.
Monitor ad delivery and flag any technical issues (disapprovals, rejected ads, or spend anomalies).
Collaborate with the account management team to update campaigns based on performance data.
Maintain accurate records of campaigns, ad sets, and changes made for internal reporting.

Qualifications
Proven experience loading and managing campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager.
Hands-on experience with Lead Generation Ads and Conversion (Purchase) Campaigns (required).
Strong understanding of Facebook’s ad policies, best practices, and troubleshooting common ad issues.
Comfortable working with tracking setups (Facebook Pixel, Conversions API).
Strong attention to detail – please include the word blue in the first sentence of your application.
Ability to follow clear processes and flag errors or inconsistencies.
Comfortable working independently and to tight deadlines in a remote setting.
Basic understanding of Google Sheets or Excel for tracking campaign data.
Familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus but not required.
